All three were patriots although it is not really known about Attucks. The war wasn't started, so sides had not really been chosen yet. As he was killed in the Boston Massacre, he could be considered a Patriot, but there is no real proof of his allegiances. Patrick Henry said "Give me Liberty or Give me Death!" and Samuel Adams was the leader of the Sons of Liberty (in Boston at least). So they were definitely patriots.
